Dr. Susan C King offers a variety of medical services and treatment including but not limited to:
- Most major medical issues including diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and thyroid regulation.
- Well woman exams including pap smear, breast exam, full body skin exam, EKG, head and neck exam, cardiovascular and lungs, abdomen and pelvis, and musculoskeletal.
- Well man exam including full body exam, skin and prostate.
- Mole and skin lesion removal and liquid nitrogen treatment on warts and precancerous lesions.
- Management of menopause and female sexual dysfunction; low testosterone and ED in men.
- Weight loss management and therapy (not covered by insurance) including dietary counseling, phentermine, and Bhcg.
- Cardio- pulmonary stress testing, echo-cardiograms, carotid intimal thickening tests (offered on an as by need basis by an outside vendor in office)
- Well child exam including camp and sports physical education (no routine childhood immunizations)
- Hep B vaccine, DTap Vaccine, DT vaccine, TB testing, Gardisal vaccine offered and in stock.
- Depression, anxiety and bipolar depression.
- ADD – adult and child maintenance therapy.
Dr. King has courtesy privileges with Seton Northwest hospital and St. Davids North Austin Medical Center. Dr. King does not admit patients but will refer you to the internist or hospitalist on call to the hospital of your choice.
